How are orders shipped?
The shipment of the products is generally done with the company ELTA courier and is recommended for parcels weighing less than 5 kgr and dimensions smaller than 50x30x20. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and volume of the package.
The products can also be shipped with a transport company if they are fragile or exceed some dimensions, always aiming at the most economical possible charge.
Shipping costs are as follows:
For main land destinations:
3 euros for packages weighing up to 3kgr and 0.80 cents for each additional kgr.
For island destinations and inaccessible areas:
4 euros for parcels weighing up to 3 kgr and 1 euro for each additional kgr.
Cost of transport furniture
- Shipping to the borders of the Prefecture of Thessaly with a transport company of our choice.
Recommended for bulk / heavy parcels (eg furniture, luminaires, paintings, mirrors, etc.) to ensure the safe transport of the products.
Indicatively, the transport cost in this case starts from 5-10 euros depending on the volume and weight of the package and concerns deliveries “on the sidewalk”. In any case, a telephone consultation with the store must precede.

Delivery with transport companies is recommended for large volume / heavy parcels (eg furniture, lighting, paintings, mirrors, etc.) in order to ensure the safe transport of the products.
Indicatively, the transport cost starts from 5 euros and varies depending on the volume and weight of the package, as well as the final destination of the package. In any case, a telephone consultation with the store must precede in order to inform you about the final cost of transportation.
You can pick up the parcels from the transport agency that was selected, in the nearest large city of the final destination. Delivery can also be arranged to the address that you will give us at an additional cost (by arrangement). In any case, the deliveries of the transport companies / agencies are completed “on the sidewalk”. If you want delivery at your place, you must consult with the transport company with the possibility of additional charges.
Once you complete your order, you will be sent an e-mail confirming that we have received your order.
None product is bound without a registered order.
Our company reserves the right to request a deposit for each order as well as to change prices without notice.
How long do orders take to be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days if sent by Courier and within 3-10 days in case of delivery with a transport company. In case of delay you will be informed about the indicative delivery date.
What is the shipping cost?
For orders with product weighing up to 3 kg there is a shipping fee of € 3.00. In this case another € 1 is added when the payment is made by cash on delivery. Orders on islands or inaccessible areas are charged with one euro per kilo.
Orders within the prefecture of Thessaly (mainland Greece) can be delivered by a transport company with prices starting from 5 euros for small furniture.
What are the payment methods?
Credit / debit / prepaid card
Payment by credit, debit or prepaid card is made using the payment system of the cooperating bank Piraeus. The cards that are accepted are Visa and Mastercard of all banks. Payment by card is made under the condition of its legal use. By selecting the specific payment method, you will be taken to the website of the partner bank where you will fill in your card details to complete the transaction. No personal information (including the credit card number) is stored by our system during this process. The correctness and security of your transactions is guaranteed by the cooperating bank.

Pay on delivery
Payment is made in cash to the courier company employee. Excludes bulky or very heavy products such as furniture, mattresses and carpets which are not shipped with cash on delivery paying method.
